This involves the physical identification of fixed assets owned by the client, along with obtaining essential information for effective management of these resources. This process is carried out through the use of specialized inventory software.
Valuation
Fixed asset valuation is conducted by engineers and carried out in accordance with existing technical and accounting standards, always aiming to meet the purposes required by clients. The main purposes include compliance with accounting pronouncements, renewal of insurance policies, bank guarantees, and support to management in decision-making, among others.
Useful Life Study
